I purchased the Nutra burn products amounting to R1500 on the 23rd April and never received it after they claimed to post is on 2 occassions. Contacted the 0800981218 number and received several confirmations that the product has been shipped. Eventually spoke to a Brenda who said that they would reimburse the money to my credit card. Never did. Today (15 July) after 2 weeks since they said they would deposit money she says she'll escalate matter and will send me a cheque because they cannot do a transfer to my bank account because the period had lapsed since they took the funds.
