In early May, I sent an order, and my check, to Haband. The order was misinterpreted by Haband and they added merchandise plus extras charges. I immediately cancelled the order and requested a refund of my purchase money ($98.96). I have been trying since May to get my money back with three calls to Customer Service where I was assured, each time, that my money would be returned within 2 weeks. I am now ready to call for the fourth time with a demand that I speak to someone with authority¬ the lying customer service reps. I intend, also, to send a registered letter to "Duke" and a copy to the Better Business Bureau in Trenton, N.J. Failing that, I intend to take the issue even further. Folks, I'd advise you to stay far away from Haband.
