Initial order was free shipping. Returned for exchange and filled out form and opted to pay up front for return shipping of 8.99. Rec'd items in mail for second time. Noted that on 11/3 Haband charged my bank account 8.99 (unauthorized) and then on 11/29 Haband cashed my check for 8.99 which I had included with the items for exchange. When I first contacted them they said they did not do it. They said they did not have my check so they charged my bank account. They said I had to send them a copy of the front/back of check. So I did. The check show what dept. And who cashed the check at Haband. Now they are saying unless it was their error they cannot refund my money. What part of you got paid twice don't you understand. I want my money and I will go away never to order from you again.
