I ordered a bridesmaid dress (just one) and was charged for it 4 TIMES! Because the phone number was international, I emailed them requesting a refund. I got a reply telling me to be patient and my purchase will arrive within a certain timeframe. They did not read my email and assumed it was a status request. I replied again with more urgency, adding to my subject line "This is not a status request". My next response from them was yet again about status and this time was addressed to someone named William. Who is William? I'm currently on my third email attempt with no hope in sight.
