Lemon sales man

Fast track Auto sales In Sacramento, CA. Is more like, fast talking get you out the door. I bought a 92” Toyota Camry with 131,462 miles on Monday 6/24. Tuesday the car won’t stay in gear long enough to go up the block and around the corner. I call the dealer from the side of the road to bring to his attention (as if he didn’t know) what I’m experiencing. He went Eddie Murphy on me with the banana in the tail pipe, which could make the car not drive. To insult me even farther he tried to give me a blow by blow of you test derived the car and it was ok, as if that means something. The whole point is to sale a car that is drivable after the sale, and quote: (all you need is to check the oil and fueled and the car will run forever. Toyotas are very good cars). I shared my concerns of feeling very insecure about driving this car to work in Woodland from Sacramento. Before I could suggest some kind of vehicle exchange or share the cost of repairs, scenic he felt so strong about the integrity of the vehicle. He told me to turn off the motor and restart the car. I could drive it long enough to get back to my apartment. That let me know he now, because he told me exactly what to do to get it running again.
He start his rant about not knowing everything about the vehicle and on and on and that’s he’s not God so he can’t know everything.
That’s where I stop him and told him to have a nice day. It’s one thing to insult my intelligent, but he started barking up the wrong tree using God to cover his shady business practices. I believe he did know about this problem because it just did not happen in one day. I’m not sure how he covered up this detail for the test drive but he did know. He covered himself with his contracts, which just makes him a league thief.
This is my driving history with this vehicle: test drive 5 minutes on Sunday, pick up on Monday put gas in it and took it to Allstate to add to my policy then drove home. The ODM reads 131,462; 52 miles that’s it. The next day the 25th I didn’t drive it to work I drove my other car. When I got home I switch cars and only made it up the block and around the corner. That’s my driving history in the Toyota. Bottom line fast track auto sale sold me a LEMON. There is no honor or integrity with abdul @ fasttrack auto.
