Order a dress on 9/28 for a 10/25 cruise. Only placed order because site says 2-8 days for processing and up to 8 days shipping. Of course the site still says processing when I go to check my order. There is no way that this dress will arrive in time for my cruise. I have email to cancel the dress and request a full refund. Customer service has failed to return even an email. Can't call (international telelphone number only). Companies like this should be banned from selling online legally.
