I went into the store to pay my monthly payment as always the salesman looked it up on the computer and told me it was 35.00 I gave her 40.00 she gave me 5.00 back in change. I have always paid whatever they said it was. I get my July statement with a 25.00 dollar late fee 4.00, Icalled to exprees my disbelieve I was told I should have looked at my bill. They can be so unhuman abot 4.00 when I brought 1172.71 dollars worth of carpet on 9/8/07 and it took their installers over 8 hours to install one room with no padding. I and my husband both worked third shift I had to take the night off because they where still at my home after 8 pm. I called to express my anger all they said was sorry. They did not have to remove any carpet placed on wooden floor, no haulaway. On 2/22 I purchased 1.714.22 dollars worth or carpet paid 500.00 that day was told Iwould have it in 10 days because of special order it took almost 30 days I had to cancel my plans now they want to charge me 25.00 dollars for 4.00 dollars.
