Don't care about people needing the benefit

I lost my job last march 2013. Someone interviewed me for my benefit and asked me several questions and at the end of the interviewed, she told me that look for a job that cleans houses. She degraded me and denied my benefits. I filed for an appeal and won. But until now I still have not receive my benefits. I need help really bad.
