Mr. Sang Nguyen Threaten to Kill Me & Shot My Family Complaint Letter to Public
Mr. Sang Nguyen-CEO. I wish to file a complaint against you for the following things below:
1. I want you to refund my $800 which you have charged me twice of purchasing receipt. But you refused to refund the $800 back to me.
2. You requested me to pay you the full amount of 12,500.00 USD on 04-04. I paid you in full, but you did not finish the work at 1406 Guildford Street nor did you come back at all after you received/took the money $12,500.00.
3. You took advantage of me by replacing my expensive BEHR Premium Plus 5 Gallon each cost $135.00 x 5= 25 Gallons to a cheaper variety of paint-America Finest Paint and pocketing the money from the refunded BEHR Premium Plus. I never approved or consent for Mr. Sang Nguyen replacing the BEHR Premium Plus quality paint to a cheaper paint.
4. You also cheated off my money by purchasing a lot of items at Home Depot and pocketing the money from the items that were intended for use, instead they were refunded. Mr. Sang Nguyen, he is very dishonest person.
5. It was a nightmare to have let you worked on the house and for that reason I will never refer you to anyone in my life. I do not trust you to do business with me from now on. Mr. Sang Nguyen, he is very dishonest person.
6. Today I ask him to return the over charged $800.00 after he denied the $800.00 refund, I told him, I decided to report Mr. Sang Nguyen (www.sangremodeling.com) to BBB. Immediately he was threatening to shoot me and my family, he said, he knew where I live. I reported him to the Garland Police Department (Report #2013R009938) at 2:25 pm on 05-04
7. Mr. Sang Thanh Nguyen, He came to 1406 Guildford Street Garland TX 75044 Took/Stole the New Stainless Range, New Stainless Dishwasher & New Stainless Microwave. After I have did my own investigation I have found a witness seen Mr. Sang Thanh Nguyen stole the new Whirlpool stainless Range, new Kenmore stainless Dishwasher & new Whirlpool stainless Microwave. Police Report #R010694 now is under investigation.
8. I am exercise my right to let the public knows about the www.sangremodeling.com unethical business practices in DFW Texas. I am filing to County Court Restraining Order to protect me and my family due to Mr. Sang thanh Nguyen threaten kill me and my family.
