This week—as last week, I reported my weekly benefits, but when I got to the end, instead of giving me the confirmation sheet to print out —and though I had 5 job searches —they gave a run around just like they did they last 2 weeks in a row. The system is very difficult and confusing to work with - and I have 2 degrees.
