I filed for unemployment benefits on Sept. 13th online. Today is Nov 11th and still no benefits. When I call the automated service, it tells me that my case is still pending. I ask to speak to a customer service representative and was told the wait time was 135 minutes long... Really?!!? I have phoned a few more times and generally get the same amount of hold time. Do I just assume that I have been denied? Why would they mail me this benefits card and never put any benefits on it? Please help! I'm still looking for work here, but gas money would be awesome!!!
