I have been a victim of identifty theft which began on the date above. The person who stole my identity attempted to open many charge accounts through the internet. I called all the credit card companies immediately and then immediately filed a please report with the San Joaquin Sheriff's Department.
(Case #12-12623 with Eric Bansmer. I was told by K. Jordan that the account has been closed, but they continue to send me statements. I am told I must fill out forms and have them notorized. Can I do this online?
Please tell me how to get rid of this $575.58 bill for items I NEVER purchased! My credit has been adversely affected as well! I now have Lifelock, but didn't sign up for it until 1/13 & they can't help me.
