Dayjobslayers took my info and would not cancel even after reporting ID theft

I found an email confirmation in my email account to charge my credit card for richgrandma.com, immediately followed another subscription to dayjoblsayers.com.

I had not authorized this, I NEVER use my card online. I use paypal for any online transaction, and it is not tied to any bank account. I immediately notified my bank, and went about canceling whatever some unknown hacker had signed me up for. Both emails had the same phone number listed though they were supposedly different comanies. The number was 866-535-0847. I called it and got a response of 'hello' the first time. I asked if they were the rich grandma company, and the lady haltingly said yes, and took my info. She was going to 'transfer me to a startup specialist' and I was disconnected.

I immediately called back and got someone who talked over me, could not even get my name right, and after I verified my info told me I signed up on such and such date. I again informed her, NO I did not!!! I am a victim of ID theft, this person, god only knows who, has my social security info, my address, my phone number, my medical history even!!!

I know how they got it. They hacked my computer and accessed a zip file that has my personal information stored for in case anything happens to me. She then went on to say all the information matches what we have on file, so you must have signed up.in tears with frustration and anger at this point, I AGAIN told her my information was accessed by a hacker. She apologized and canceled my account and said I should get a confirmation email.

I went into my email account and changed my security question, password, the whole nine yards. I informed the post office to ignore any change of address not made in person by me. I closed my bank card. I changed every password I have. I called the credit bureau to report fraud in case someone tries to open a line of credit in my name.

Why am I filing this report? The company is a scam, and they have the same number which is fishy.
