FirePay - FirePay UK - Fire One Group
Ripoff My identity was stolen and used for a FirePay account I filed a police report and gave them all the information proving this but they continue to harass me and my parents

My parents and I are being harassed by an employee or agent of FirePay named Joseph Bloom, 866-356-3195, ext. 745 who claims, falsely, that I owe a debt to FirePay. I told Mr. Bloom under no circumstances ever to call my parents again, that they were in their 80s, and that they got very upset by his call. He then called them twice immediately thereafter.

I have tried repeatedly to give Mr. Bloom information that shows I am not the person who had an account with FirePay, that I have been the victim of identity theft, and that in March I sent them information disclaiming the debt, and reporting the identity theft to the Sheriff, to the Federal Trade Commission and to the credit reporting agencies.

Mr. Bloom accused me of lying and said that if I have put fraud alerts on my Experian, Equifax and TransUnion accounts, these are themselves fraudulent. He refused to give me his fax number, e-mail or mailing address to enable me to send him the evidence of identity theft.
I tried repeatedly to give him the number of the police report and the name and phone number of the officer who took the report, but he refused to listen to it. He also refused to listen to any details, but instead repeatedly interrupted me with statements like well that's your story, let's go with the facts, instead of your version.

When I told him not to call either me or my parents, he said Are you afraid I'm going to call your Mommy?
When I called him back again about an hour later asking him for his address or fax number, he said he would rather spend time with people who paid their debts and didn't have time to listen to my jibber jabber.
