I made multiple purchases from this retailer. They sold me defective merchandise and refuse to refund or replace the items. I've contacted the location manager and someone from the corporate office.

On this occasion I purchased 5 trees and 60 sections of Sod. Most of the Sod was brown and one of the 5 trees did not have any leaves. I specifically asked about the Sod and Tree and was told that because it was still early in planting season that they were in "dormant phase and would come to life once weather warmed up". I also on a different purchase ordered a full pallet of Sod from the same company.
Now we are in mid May and one of the 5 trees (the one that I asked about when purchased) and aprox 40 squares of the Sod are still dead.

I returned to the local store and they said that they could do nothing, I would have to contact corporate. A merchandiser from corporate was at the location and she said they would not replace or refund any of the items.

I purchase quite a bit from this company annually, until now; they specifically told me these items were alive and fit for sale and they are in fact not alive, they have been dead since I purchased them and they should replace them or refund the charges, period, regardless of any policy they may have, standard business practices should prevail, they shouldn't sell dead plants.
