No way to get parcel or track

I am awaiting a parcels from abroad. Cant track it... I am trying to reach the customer care over phone and email. I have called many times and either I am kept on hold or no one bothers to answer. The item shipped from Miami Florida on Feb. 8th.

May I know the status of LC329021760US if it is not too much to ask? Thanks much. Take care.
