Paid for a phone that i never received. Representatives were giving false information, the varies reps/supervisors i had talked to all gave me different or misleading information, and i would say about 90% of the time i would not receive a call back and i was never replied back through email. I had filed complaint through BBB which was closed or "resolved" wrongly, was called from "complaints dept" and was offered a replacement phone instead of refund which i had denied. When i had called company, they informed me they couldnt make a refund because they never collected money from me. I sent in all paper proving i did, i had recieved phone i didnt want either and had to pay mail it pay. Usps tracking shows they received phone back which i am being charged a restocking fee for. When trying to contact company i am given run around or no answer. Till this day i have not received a call or email from company nor my refund
