I've tried contacting these guys, but they don't answer your emails. They ignore you. You can email their contact on the website or their Paypal account and they will not reply AT ALL!!! If you want them to reply, then just send a complaint to their payment system, PayPal. File a claim and they will answer to PayPal. They won't answer to you, but they will answer to PayPal because if they don't follow their rules, they can't keep scamming customers. They will finally answer to PayPal with a shipping confirmation. A confirmation number that you can't look up. You just wait for awhile. Close to two weeks and you finally get your item! Oh, it gets worse! You open your package only to find out that it's the wrong item! They will send you some item that a 5 year old put together. You get furious and complain to PayPal. The seller will dispute and deny that they didn't send the wrong item.in the end, you get screwed and Paypal does too. PayPal lets these guys get away, but do they care? No, they are making off the seller as well. Win win for them. You're out a few hundred dollars. I don't do business with PayPal anymore. I ask consumers to stay away from both companies.
