I was invited to trial sample of bella genix
paid 1-95 postage. When product arrived i was very unwell and did not open or use until 1 may
i did not like the product it was very sticky and did not remove wrinkles as stated. The rules
stated in very small print that after, 14 days they would charge my account for £74-95 and for 30 days there after. I telephoned the company was greeted by a very rude female who
refused to refund. She offered to close account and refund me 50% for an item i have not received or want. I have informed my bank they will try to retrieve my money but i do not hold out much hope. They are based in rumania such a scam how i wish i had googled before giving details, i feel such an old fool.
