I ordered Bella Genix trial pack and veloura on 08.12.12 and paid thru my credit card USD4.95 x 2 and I was sent a confirmation on shipping details. Till to-date I have not received the products. On 29.12.2012 my account was debited USD99.95 without my concern. I emailed the customer service team to notify on the debited amount and to cancel the order and to refund the money back as I have not received the product. They replied saying the money would not be refunded as the 14day trial period already expired when i emailed them on 29.12.2012.
The term and conditions as per below stated 30days money back guarantee but it's not true and scam.
