This company advertised a product online, I asked for a trial, they asked to pay postage, which I did. The next day after knowing that they are scammers I cancelled the order. But they said they have already dispatched, which I think was a lie. The product reached my address after 15 days, I asked them to cancel all orders and I don't need the product I also asked them to give details of returns. That day itself I mailed them back. But after 5 days they received the product back, after 2 weeks they again charged my credit card. I called them, they said they would refund in 5 days. Which has not happened even after 15 days they are scammers. Please take legal action. No more people should be duped
