Sr. Case manager Cassandra Stuart, is where it all started. She was the person I was referred to after receiving info in the mail. I followed all the directions they asked me to do. Then they put me on a payment plan. Once all the payments were paid they began to not respond to emails or phone calls. And now they are all disconnected.
