Our clients were trying to fund an MTN deal and when we asked Stuart for information on his performance to show his ability to actually perform on his promises all we got from him was gibberish. Stuart told us that he could find us both buyers of MTN's and sellers of MTN's and that payinh his fees were necessary in order for us to obtain funding. We had reservations about Stuart S. Feinberg' proposals and alarm bells were ringing, but we moved forward with him anyway only to later learn that Stuart will rip you off, take your money, and not produce.
Stuart S. Feinberg asked us for 3% to 5% of the total MTN transaction which at that time was a $500 million dollar (USD) MTN. If we had paid him the 3% of $500 million, we have come to learn that we would have never seen our moneys again and Stuart would have disappeared.
After getting several phone calls and emails about others that Stuart S. Feinberg have tried to con and scam we decided to file this report. We strongly encourage anyone not to do business with Stuart S. Feinberg, 202-352-6905, [email protected] because he will do whatever is necessary to scam and con you out of your money. Do your own due diligence on him, get written references on Stuart, do a face-to-face interview with Stuart, or better yet simply avoid Stuart S. Feinberg.
