Dear Sir,
I went to the office of the Malton Employment Services Inc. On May 3 with my wife and small baby of 4 years to find out the job. We are New Immigrant, just arrived in Canada on March 14.
We are looking for the job. We had seen the notice board of Malton Employment Services Inc. Many times while, passing through the Goreway Drive. We decided to visit this Agency and apply for any good job.
When we entered in the office of the said agency they, just ignored us! 2 ladies were there. One was in the inside office and otherone was sitting in the reception, talking with other 2 Shikh guys regarding the job issue.
We waited for few minutes and when, she became free — we tried to talk with the said lady sitting on the reception desk. But, she never tried to look at us! She asked that what are you looking for!!??
We replied that we are new immigrant and what apply for the job!
Same time a lady sitting in inside office shouted from inside that, we are busy at present and you come on Monday with your passport, SIN card and any other photo ID! Even, she shouted that, we don't have time for the people like you and you just go! We have so many things to do and we are very busy!!!
We were shocked! We asked them that you are running the placement agency and how can you behave like this!??
She had replied that, whatever but, you let us do our work!
Me and my wife had request them to guide us in getting any job! But, they i.E., both the ladies have never replied and shouted very roughly saying that, you can go now, we are busy doing something important!
Now, what can we do!??
How can they behave like this?
They are running the same business and were doing the same when, we came inside the said office!
We are New Immigrant and from Gujarat (not from Punjab!) so may be, they behaved this way!!!
We don't know — what to do but, this is not fair, at all to serve the customer! Then, why are they running said business!
