Please do not fall victim to this person - notice he is not a man. I sent him the money he wanted to the address and he kept in close contact with me all was great got the estimates he wanted me to get on having a few repairs. Then he was in a serious accident and Tom Jacobs was to take over. He (Tom) got the notorization he needed to finish our deal and had the contracts all sent and ready to go then no calls or emails. I kept calling because i figured someone was checking his voice mail as it was never full. No emails nothing left him a voice mail on 09/09/09 at 4:15 then at 5:15 his phone was disconnected and Sprint would not give me his new number. He also said he was including the two house payments he told me not to pay now I am 2 months behind on my house and my 6 kids and husband are in a jam. I promise I will catch him and make him regret he has ever messed with me.
