Jeff ripped us off!!! My husband and I were referred to him to help with a bankruptcy, needless to say it never happened. We paid money and he didn't deliver. He gave us excuse after excuse and then "no Jeff". The person that referred use did finally get in touch with him and he said that he would refund our money but of course it never happened. We never made the connection between "Jeff Skodak" and "Jeff Allan" until all of this happened.
When our refferal used him he was Jeff Skodak, and Jeff Allan when we used him. Needless to say there were tons of excuses as to why he didn't do what he was paid to do. Everything from sickness, to being jailed for child support. We don't know but it is a shame that someone can continue to what he does and not get caught. Don't trust him and get an bonified attorney from now on, we have learned our lesson and hope this helps someone else.
