I hired Jeff L. Pierce, of The Pierce Law Firm, in Plano, Texas (which is near Dallas) in January. I was arrested for an assault charge that a former tenant falsified against me. The case has no merit whatsoever and the police agency that investigated the charge, did so VERY POORLY - Lancaster, Texas Police Department. Anyway, I was arrested on a warrant that I did not know about and immediately hired Jeff L. Pierce as my criminal defense attorney.
Prior to hiring Jeff Pierce, I interviewed approximately many criminal defense attorneys in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area. I paid Jeff Pierce $5,000.00 up front when I hired him - no payments, payment plan, etc.- ALL CASH UP FRONT. From January until around August Jeff L. Pierce did nothing except drag me from court appearance to court appearance every 3 weeks or so.
