I received a letter in the mail from Corporate Business Filings which I happened to check just today. It asked me to Pay $ 225 for Corporate Business Filing and a Penalty of $250 for Filing after April 15. The Envelope and the seal looked suspicious. I had almost written the two checks but then did a Google search and found out this was a SCAM. Beware folks.
