I also got this letter from Corporate Business Filings. On the envelope below their address, it says "BUSINESS MAIL - IMPORTANT NOTICE ENCLOSED. THIS IS NOT A GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT." I didn't notice this at first, so I thought it was from the State of California as the letter looked pretty official to me. However, I remembered that I had already filed the Statement of Information, Form SI-200, back in January. I almost got scammed!!!
I am writing this complaint so that other good folks do not get scammed.
Also, wouldn't it be nice if Corporate Business Filings company decides on its own to shut itself down before they get busted? But, no matter what, they will pay their dues eventually.
