I just got a letter from "Corporate Business Filings - Corporate Officers List" stating that I must subit the list by April 15 or I will be assesed a penalty fee of 250.00. I really hope more people are looking into this as it is a scam. This can be through your attorney that incorporated your business for FREE or for a small fee online. Hope this helps.
