My company was sent a letter stating to remit payment of $225.00 to Coporate Business Filings for "Corporate Officers List" by April 15. On the form, it stated that payment is to be submitted to Corporate Business Filings. It almost looked official, except the letterhead seal looked fake and had the date of 1998.
