I ordered a mattress to be delivered to my daughter's home online. This was Saturday. I was told it would be delivered Tuesday but they would call first. No call and no mattress. My daughter called them Wednesday and was told she would receive a call back within 20 minutes. Two days later after no call back, I called and was told it would be delivered Saturday. Again, no call and no delivery. I called Sunday morning and was told they would deliver that day. Well again, no call and no delivery. I called Monday and was told I would get credited for the amount of the bed on my credit card and transaction was cancelled. Well here I am with no bed and no credit on my credit card..
