With strong positive feedback I ordered from this company. My package arrived torn open, missing all contents and sealed in a clear plastic bag by the Post Office with a letter saying damage ocured in shipping. I contacted the seller and was told to contact the Post Office. The Post Office told me the seller would have to make the claim or i would have to obtain seller authority to make the claim. Re-contacted FSGW, told them of Post Office instructions and was given three options, 1. Go back to Post Office and proceed, 2. Return package to them as received or 3. File a complaint with ebay. I returned the package to them asking for a replacement shipment and suggesting they file the claim as the Post Office suggested since they were the shipper. Several days later they sent me the torn package back with no other communication.in my opinion a " buzz off" statement, we have your money, so go away. Seems they are good to deal with until there is an issue then they want no part of you. A good ebayer is one who also resolves issues, not one who hides from them. I've filed a complaint with ebay. Many others seem to have no problem with them, but the other comments here and the negative feedback on eaby all point to the same thing. Poor at resolving issues. No doubt, they didn't cause the torn open package, but they should, as much as they appear to sell, resolve the few issues they have. Appears they have poor morals. I win, who cares about you.
