Saw ad on tv, went to website, stylus pen was $10, BOGO and $6.99 S/H, upgraded to "deluxe" stylus which was add'l $9.99 with FREE ship and 1-yr extended warranty, ttl $19.99, I ordered deluxe stylus & my check acct was charged $36.97 w / no opportunity to stop tranx, I called company and rep told me she could "see" that I was charged for something xtra but that the was unable to pull up my invoice so I'd have to go to this website: www.customerstatus.com to enter my name and order # and I'd have to keep checking for up to 48 hrs. Until I saw invoice and then I could call them to get overcharge straightened out. I tried customerstatus.com repeatedly but it only says
