First of all, they called my house (i live with my grandfather) and ask if i am home. My grandpa says no and asks for all of my additional numbers where i can be reached. My grandpa refused (thank god) because he simply didn't know who it was. He failed to state who it was, and started to get my grandpa upset and harassed him. I got home to a shaking grandfather who was so confused and upset. I called this company and they TOLD me that i needed a battery because the one that came with it only lasts 10 minutes. Ok, i know i'm a girl and all, but i know better than that. I said there is no way that olympus gives a 10 minutes battery with their product. Furious, the caller states "WELL DO YOU WANT THE BATTERY OR NOT?!?!" i stated no. At this point i was ready to cancel my order, and the caller says, oh and by the way, your product is on back order and you won't get it for 8 weeks. (i ordered an olympus stylus digi cam) i then said, cancel my order, NOW. The caller then hung up. I'm begging you! Save yoursel the headache from these fraud artists!
