About one month ago I purchased a cell phone and also a Kensington virtuoso stylus, the tip on the stylus fell off when I took it back to the store the manager would not help me he said it must be my fault and therefore my problem
The Verizon store is in Oakland Ca on Piedmont Ave, all I would like is to have my faulty product replaced and the manager needs to have a lesson in customer relations and service
