Completely unethical sales practices. Two reps from this company came to my door claiming to be from the state and wanting to check my utility bill for errors. When I asked for ID they produced Starion IDs. They just wanted to get me to show them my bill so they could get my account number and switch me to their services without actually telling me what they where doing. I found them harassing another tenant and they promptly left the building after I threatened to call the police.
