I want to report fraud and misreprentation by the company any its agents. Approxomately two months two agents came to my door and said they wher from Starion. I let them in and they proceeded to look at my electric bill. I was paying 11.9080c/k/Wh. They stated that that was way to high and they could get my rate to 0.1299c/k/Wh. I said "wow" sign me up.in two months when Starion took over I recieved my first bill. It was at 12.9900c / k/WH higher than what I had been paying. The rep. Name is Tyrell Wallace and his agent i.D. Number is 26606. My comfirmation number which was given over the phone was 39330489. I fell we as consumers should get together and file a class action law suit againt the company immediately. They also are charging me $4.50 for A custome charge when I was paying 0.88 before.
