On Thursday, September 5, a man wearing an Entrust Energy Shirt and ID tag came to my door claiming that he could lower my utility bill. When I told him that I was not interested in changing utility companies, he claimed that I could keep my current company and be billed by Entrust Energy. When I told him how ridiculous his sales pitch sounded, he tried to convince me that I would not be switching " providers", I would only be switching "billing companies". All I had to do was verify the transaction by phone. I told him to get lost, since this was obviously an attempt to trick me into switching to Entrust Energy.
