I had auto pay set up through JCPL which paid Starion. My electric bill averages 100/month. Starion apparently did not bill me for 6 months then billed me for $664.51 which was auto deducted from my bank account! They said I was informed of this on the paper statement sent about a week ahead of the deduction. Yes, the statement is there in April of but I still paid about $50.00 which was automatically deducted from my account. So I thought my bill would be a little higher than usual in May, but was shocked when I had 664.51 taken from my account! I called to complain and Starion refers me to JCPL and JCPL refers me to Starion! I Had my automatic payment stopped and now have my account set up with my bank bill payer option.
