Starion Energy Pa.inc. Called said they could lower my electric bill. They could get me 6 cents per KWL. First bill March they charged me $270.12 9 cents per KWL. April bill $464.63 18 cents per KWL. I called Starion on April 4th, ask why the bill was so high. Said that I was on a vavable rate, not a fixed rate. No one at the time said anything about this rate difference. They over charged me for two monts, next month I will get another bill from them. No telling what they will charge. Hone number for them 1-800-600-3040
