My name, Clark (Personal Information Removed), was turned over to a collection agency (PRG) in San Antonio to recover past rent of over $1,400 dollars. I have saved past documentation proving that I left the Plaza Apartments in good standing. The property manager, Mr Ben (Personal Information Removed), knew this information and still submitted my name to a collection agency. I am in the process of retaining legal counsel for a pending lawsuit against the Plaza Apartments (830-257-2622).
