We paid $500 at this particluar location for over 3 years. Paragon Apartments took over under foreclousure and decided that our rent has been always $625/month when we had documentation that said that our rent was $500/month. They wouldn't let us see the documentation that we gave them. They also came up with a obnoxious fee and we cannot figure out where it came from after we did the simple math. We have had bad credit and pretty much they will evict us based on that we have bad credit.
If Paragon Apartments takes over, make sure that you move out immediately or you may be deemed liars and pay absorbent fees.
