I was a tenant living at Vizcaya Lakes Apartments in September. The maintenance staff of the complex removed my belongings and changed the locks even though I had paid rent in full. I reported them to the better business bureau, which of course did nothing.
I am currently suing Cagan Management in Circuit Court to recover what's left of my sanity. Save yourself the headache, and heartbreak and find yourself some place safe to live.
