I have paid $220.00 for 5 years of service in August but they disconnected me from 02/1.

And i tried to make a call but a machine said that i have to renew my contract, its really funny, at this time that magic jack advertising for 5 years just for $99.00, they disconnected me even i paid them $200.00 (instead of return the extra money that they charged my credit card). This phone number is my business phone and during this 2 months i lost a lots of my customers and businesses..

If they don't contact me and don't call me and explain me, that why they did this to me, i will complain against them to my bank and put stop on my credit card.
