I have purchased Magic Jack back in 2009 and after a yr I had to "charge" my account so I purchased 5 yr plan and few months later when magic jack "has improved" their service they charged my credit card for another 5 years and when I complained my line was disconnected. Attempts to solve this concluded "you have to pay once again"
I do not understand what happen with the amount that I paid for next five yrs.
Does any one can explain that to me.
AS far as costumer service is only online is time consuming to communicate with them and bottom line they are not helpful: (
