Magic garbage i call it. There custumer service is worthless. And so is the phone number that my bank credit card give me for magic jack. They are money grabing idiots. They tried to make me paid again for a new number when i went to renew for 1 more year it should of been free just like the first year i paid for. I said no way. They said they cant refund my money
I fixed them i got back all my money. If anybody on this website has a problem with magicjack just call your credit card company and tell them you been ripped off and you refuse to pay for it. They will just refund your money on the credit card and they will ask you to write a letter to magicjack telling them your unhappy with there product and you want them to remove it from your credit card it works trust me. And thats how i got my money back Beware of magicjack there real scammers thats my Personal experience with them
