Ordered free trial for $4.95 2.15/13. Acct billed 2/19. Received product 2/23. On 3/1 billed $99. Nowhere did it tell the amount of product and No acknowledgement of order received. On 3/1 they would not let me cancel or return. This product made my face break out and I am 69. Larry, the supervisor said you should have read the text when ordering. Have a good day. Utah BBB has over $10,000 in complaints. I explained to the supervisor everything from the deceptive advertising to the billing and the fact that the product doesn't work on my face. He was cold and dismissive. He told me to do whatever I wanted to do about it. Since it's a debit card, I cannot stop payment but stop that card and file a grievance. Who can help us out. My income is $889/mo. I can't afford the $99. I never would have put myself in that position had I known they were going to charge me $99. This company is cold and yes calculated. Maybe it's just me but I didn't know I was I thought 2/15 through 3/1 was 14 days. I guess I am just not very smart. I should have called earlier to request a return. Don't think they have a return policy though. Couldn't find it. What does this sound like?
