Spent too much time trying to get assistance

I Spoke to Kayla 3/1 and activated my "Sirus" system and Kayla tried to sale an Onix radio. Kayla ordered and activated the radio without disclosing the $75 cancellation fee. I was transferred to customer service "Jack" who wouldn't provide his full name and wouldn't stop the payment. Jack transferred me to a Radio Acct. Specialist "Alex" Employee #2358AC and was told that if I would have spoken to him 15 minutes prior he could have cancelled the order and charges. Jack spent at least 20 minutes jerking me around before transferring me. I got upset and ask to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to a manager "Byron Employee #2018AC and was instructed the I had to call my bank to cancel the transaction and the item would not be shipped. I called my bank and conducted a 3 way call between my bank and Sirus. We spoke to Susie #252662 and was told that we shouldn't have been transferred to her and she transferred us to a person named "Alex" #48312 and was told that what Byron told me would not be done. We asked to "Alex" # 489056 and still was not able to get satisfaction. We again asked again to speak to someone above her that could answer the questions and was told that they would tell me the same. We were then were transferred to "Alex" #1035 and told that my account was credited but they could not stop the shipment of the item. I was assured that no charges would be added and all I had to do was send the item back. I was on the phone for over 3 hours combined talking to incompetent people who didn't just contradict each other but flat out lied to me. It took Kayla a couple of minutes to charge me for something that I didn't want or authorize but it cost me all afternoon to talk to people and still did not get anything accomplished, Not one time did anyone attempt to make a phone call to try to stop the shipment of the item and transaction. If the last Alex I spoke to does exactly what she said she would do it will cost the company more money in the shipping of the item to me and then back. The worst customer service I've dealt with in years and I will not be using Sirus again.
