I have been scammed by this company. Who knows where they are located?! The return address is in Nevada. My credit card's fraud ivestigation dept. Called to ask me about a charge for $4.95 by Skin Beauties in Great Britain for shipping for Equinox Day and Night Serum. My credit card co. Charged me an int'l charge fee. NOWHERE on their website is there any indication that they are located in the UK... The shipment arrived 10 days after I ordered it. Today, 12 days after receiving the product, my credit card was charged $99.00 plus shipping for a 30 day supply of this garbage product. Despite a money back guarantee for a 30 day supply, I had less than 2 weeks to use it before they shipped and charged me for something I never ordered and don't want. I just went on the website and imagine my surprise when I noticed that the box that says "I agree to the Terms and Conditions... Etc." is checked for the person ordering. I called the toll free number and spoke to someone with an Indian accent who told me that he was located in Nevada. I could barely understand him. He refused to give me a refund for the product I did not order. This scam needs to stop!!!
